Sunrise over Africa • Weekdays 3-6AM

Tayo Ade is a British-Nigerian presenter bringing the sounds, stories and spirit of Africa to SoundCast Radio. He hosts Sunrise Over Africa, starting the day with a vibrant mix of African music alongside news, weather and stories from across the continent, connecting listeners in Africa and around the world. 

The Breakfast Show • Weekdays 6-9AM 

Gary brings more than 30 years of broadcasting experience in Britain and the United States to SoundCast mornings. Start the day with great music, news, conversation, quizzes and regular features on The Breakfast Show. 

Mid-Mornings • Monday & Friday 9-11AM 

Ronnie's broadcasting career stretches back to student radio in the 1980s and has included commercial, community and hospital radio. Join him on Monday and Friday mornings for good company and a great selection of music. 

Mid-Mornings • Tuesday–Thursday 9-11AM 

Broadcasting from The 'L' Studio, Mr L mixes familiar favourites with great new music and plenty of personality. His relaxed, easy-on-the-ear style makes him the perfect companion for your mid-morning.  

The Long Lunch • Weekdays from 11AM-1PM 

With more than 30 years as a DJ and presenter, Ceejay brings both broadcasting and production experience to SoundCast Radio. The Long Lunch combines a wide variety of music with Ceejay's distinctive presentation style. 

The Midday Update • Weekdays from 1-4PM 

Ethan takes a closer look at the stories shaping the day in The Midday Update, bringing together news, business, sport and entertainment in a concise lunchtime programme. 

Afternoons • 4–7PM 

Jordan keeps SoundCast moving through the afternoon with a lively mix of great music, conversation and entertainment. Whether you're finishing the working day or heading home, Jordan provides the soundtrack to your afternoon. 

Evenings • 7–11PM

Mia takes over SoundCast Radio in the evening with a relaxed mix of familiar favourites, newer music and conversation. Settle in and let Mia provide the soundtrack as the day winds down. 

 Late Nights • from 11pm 

Simon rounds off the day on SoundCast Radio with a carefully selected mix of music and relaxed late-night company. Whether you're working late, travelling or simply not ready for bed, Simon is there to keep you company. 

That Quirky Place • Weekends

Jacq brings her unmistakable personality, sense of fun and love of music to That Quirky Place, heard several times across the weekend on SoundCast Radio. Expect an entertaining mix of great music, quirky moments and friendly company from one of SoundCast’s most distinctive voices. 

I Like It Like That

Nick Ledbury brings his passion for great music to I Like It Like That, a show packed with carefully chosen tracks, familiar favourites and plenty to enjoy along the way. With Nick at the controls, it’s a relaxed and entertaining celebration of music made to be turned up and enjoyed.
